Time seems to have stopped in the tiny medieval hamlet of Montefioralle near Greve, in the heart of the Chianti region – one of the most beautiful hill towns of Tuscany. I was drawn to the glowing red door and serene scene of this lovely house facing the narrow alleyway of stone.

Rolling Harvest Food Rescue is a local non-profit whose mission is to increase access to donated fresh produce to area hunger-relief sites by partnering with local farmers across Bucks, Montgomery, Mercer and Huntingdon Counties, and making it easy for them to share their fresh, healthy produce with the food-insecure communities in which they live.
